A1. Work up to a heavy set of 3 TnG Thrusters, try to use a bit more weight than for the WOD (i.e. Rx’d try to go for 80kg)
A2. Muscle Up Practice
Beginner – 3×5 Rings to Hip Pull Ups, 3×5 Transition Practice
Intermediate – 3×5 Band Assisted Muscle Ups (less than 5 Strict MU)
Advanced – Kipping Muscle Up Warm Up (is able to do at least 5 strict MU)
B. For time
5-4-3-2-1
Thruster 70/50kg
Muscle Ups
After each round complete 15 Double Unders
