In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
run 400 meters
10 Ring Dips
10 Pistols total
10 Pull Ups

Only one person may run at a time. While one partner runs, the partner inside the gym performs AMRAP:
10 Ring Dips
10 Pistols total
10 Pull Ups

Partners switch role once the running partner has returned.
