All Levels

A. For 12 minutes, every 30 seconds:
Handstand Pushup

Adjust the reps to your personal needs.
You can, for example, go with 3 reps all the way. You could also perform 2 reps for the first half, then continue with 3 reps on the seconds half.  Do not fail!

B. 6 rounds of:
Row 250m/200m
10 K2E
10 Pushups

Rest 2 minutes (move!)
