All Levels

A. Power Clean
Work up to a heavy single in the Powerclean.

After every Powerclean perform 3 Front Squats.

Once you reach your estimated max for the day in the Powerclean, perform as many Frontsquats as possible.

If you find yourself able to go for a new max: do it!

B. For time:
Accumulate 3 minutes each:
Front leaning rest
Hang from the pullup bar
Back/leg extension plankhold over a bench.

Finish one exercise before starting the next one.
