A. Individual Goal Setting
Work on your personal goal / skill off the Goalsetting-Board for 15 minutes.

Set a goal for July and put it on the Goalsetting board!

B. For time, in teams of 2:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power Cleans 60 / 40kg

Sprint 30m between rounds.
Take turns after each round, both complete the full workout!
